ClearTrack Shutdown

The ClearTrack server will be de-commissioned at the end of 2024 and will no longer be available.

WHAT HAPPENS NOW?

If you have not already done so and you want to retain your ClearTrack services in uEducateUs for 2025 please immediately contact:

  • Domenic 0428 526 783
The uEducateUs team will then organise:
  • the import of your data into the uEducateUs.
  • suitable training time for your school.

If you do not wish to use the uEducateUs services in 2025 you don’t need to do anything. Your ClearTrack service will continue until 31-12-2024 when your subscription expires.

COSTS

The costs of cloud services, data storage, servers and security measures have increased significantly over the past 12 months, so unfortunately, we are forced to pass these costs on to the consumer to continue the service.

The 2024 student charge will be $12.00 (plus GST) per student (based on your current ClearTrack usage)The annual data management and support fee will be $600.00 (plus GST).
This comprehensive fee covers:

  • Data storage
  • Annual data rollover
  • Updates for your modules
  • Data back up
  • Up to 5 administrators
  • Four hours of support services
