Managing arrivals and departures using Kiosk

In this case study we examine how uEducateUs helped with front office arrivals and departures.

Problem overview

Tyers Primary School wanted to record arrivals and departures from the school, for students, teachers, authorised visitors and workers.

Student arrivals and departures also needed to synchronise with Cases21.

Solution summary

The uEducateUs kiosk requires an Apple iPad and the free uEducateUs Kiosk software.

The Kiosk application records all relevant information, and student attendance rolls are recorded within the attendance system, which then integrates with the Department of Education “U” drive, for sync back to Cases21.

The Kiosk comes built-into uEducateUs, and the only financial outlay is for the Apple iPad.

We chose the Apple ecosystem because of its robust security.
