Problem overview
Tyers Primary School principal was notified of a car accident involving a Tyers Primary School student. However, he was at a conference in Melbourne at the time, some 160km from the school.
It was possible to access Cases21 remotely, but locating student contact details in the system is often problematic.

Solution summary
uEducateUs integrates with Cases21 and imports student data, emergency contacts and medical information. Student attendance is also recorded in the system, which meant he could check the rolls, and obtain emergency contact details for the student within minutes. What’s more, he could do this remotely without logging into school computers.
